RETURNS INFO
Return policies are strict so please follow the guidelines below to make a successful return.
From the actual date of receipt of the item you will have 30 days to return it.
Write to us at: ar3s.brand@gmail.com to start the return procedure of the item, indicating in the email the order number.
The item for which you are returning must be in the same condition as when you received it, therefore it must not have been washed, it must have all the various tags (including the Hang Tag) and be sent in its original packaging (not damaged).
It is recommended to use a sturdy box to protect the product and its packaging during shipping.
Remove all previous labels if there are any from the packaging and attach the return label.
Then contact a trusted courier (or post office) to ship the item.
ATTENTION
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

You will receive an email confirming receipt of the return when we will receive the
product from the address ar3s.brand@gmail.com ,
and a further email when the refund will be made to your account
with the same type of payment used by you during the purchase phase.
Once the return has been received, the condition of the item will be checked and if it complies with the return policy guidelines, the refund will be credited.
The verification time from the receipt of the return until the credit is issued is a maximum of 5 business days . It may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and make the refund visible. Once more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, contact us at ar3s.brand@gmail.com .
In the refund, only the cost of the item will be refunded, the shipping costs incurred during the return process will therefore be charged to the customer.
