Once an order has been received from the customer, it will be processed,
meaning that the entire packaging procedure will be carried out, our courier will be contacted and finally the order will be processed.

This process will be completed within 24 hours maximum (except during periods when
a high number of orders occur, such as during the Christmas period,
but everything will be processed within 48 hours), this period
is called “ delivery time ”.

The order will be processed on working days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays.

Each item is prepared and shipped from a warehouse located in Italy.

Once we have verified the validity and security of the card as
payment method, the order will be processed and shipped with the courier carefully chosen by the AR3S team, guaranteeing you safety and professionalism throughout the delivery.

As soon as the order is entrusted to the courier, you will receive a notification (usually via email) with the possibility of tracking the order and always knowing where it is, also modifying, if necessary, the time and date of arrival of the package.
